About Us

A real 50’s American Diner in the heart of Salou – only 100m from the beach on Plaza Europa

Originally Buddy’s and Jack Daniels, this tastefully decorated restaurant was renovated in 2021 to reflect a true American Diner feel with open-air dining in traditional booths plus a fabulous outdoor terrace surrounded by gardens and music that takes you back in time.
Breakfast/brunch is served from 09.30 to 13.00 everyday – choose from freshly made American Pancakes, waffles, omelettes, bagels with real smoked bacon, cream cheese & avocado or Irish, Scottish, Full English or vegetarian/healthy options,
Brunch/Lunch from 1pm and mid afternoon snacks available. 
Full dinner from 18.00 to 22.30 – Full Rack of Jack Daniel Ribs to die for, Home Made Burger and chicken dishes, pastas, pizzas all with homemade sauces.
Super kids menu for only 7,50 plus baby bowls, 4 different potatoes to choose from!
Freshly made cocktails, shakes and sodas plus a great selection of draught lagers and wines etc.

The food is great value for money, large selection and tasty. We had a full English there every day and our evening meals. Champagne Elaine as she’s known was a lovely lady and it was a pleasure to frequent her premises. The pina coladas we’re to die for.

Nice little bar and grille across from our hotel , warm welcome from friendly staff. American/British style food . Good selection of drinks including Coors light on draught. Fantastic nachos with a home made salsa , that really was tasty. Tip Share the nachos they are pretty substantial.

Having visited Ruby's Tuesdays last year we could not wait to go back and again we were not disappointed the service and banter from the waitress is brilliant as for the food we ordered rack of ribs done in jackdaniels barbecue sauce omg it was worth the wait absolutely delicious nice friendly place clean and prices were on par yet once again thanks will see you soon before we go home again 👍

Fantastic place for breakfast, great food, excellent service and friendly staff. Also visited in the evening, Joanne makes the freshest and best cocktails, they are amazing. You really must visit!!

We’ve been there a couple of times just to have a coffee, so we knew the place and most of the staff. We decided to try the food from the menu just yesterday and we felt delighted with the food. Everything was freshly cooked and just how I imagined it tasted! The waitresses have always been very kind and nice to us. We will definitely come back

We stopped off for a light lunch on our return from the baech as it was convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and clean facilities. The food was good and reasonable. The kids choices are great and include both drink and lolly ice.

Absolutely amazing place. Can't wait to go back now on our next holiday.Went here with my hubby and son on our last night . We were gutted we didn't go right at the start of the holiday that's how good the place is. The staff were warm and very friendly and the food was a 10/10. Place was so clean.

Came past this diner at lunch time was busy with people eating and drinking. Special on the board was ribs with jd bbq sauce so thought I would come back tonight. Service was good, place was very clean. Food was great portions and the ribs just melted, was glad we made the visit would definitely go again.
